Hong Leong Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Hong Leong Group Singapore has made a contribution of £300,000 (S$525,870) to the newly launched Lee Kuan Yew Fitzwilliam Fund.
Established by Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, the Fund that was launched in Singapore at The Arts House (formerly Old Parliament House) offers opportunities to support and promote intellectual exchanges between Singapore and the well renowned University of Cambridge. It also supports graduate scholarships for students of the College.
