4 December 2014 – Millennium & Copthorne Hotels (M&C), has announced the appointment of Mr. Richard Ong in a newly-created position of General Manager, Operations, Asia.

Mr. Ong will assist the Senior Vice President, Asia, based in Singapore, to oversee the operations of M&C’s 13 regional hotels to drive and optimise operational excellence, improve cost efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction.
