Headquartered in Singapore, MCIL is the Asian arm of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc (M&C). With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr Sekercioglu has a distinguished career in hotel management internationally. He has lived and worked in many parts of the world including Singapore, Turkey, America, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand. He speaks English, Turkish, French, German, Italian, Spanish and little Mandarin. Prior to joining MCIL, he was the Executive Vice President of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, South East Asia and Oceania Hub.
